We strive to deliver the goods to our customers on time irrespective of where the delivery is to be made. We only deliver the goods to CARD HOLDERS billing address due to rules laid down by the credit card companies. Goods can be delivered to another address provided the following criterion is met:

Extra care is taken at our end to make sure there are no discrepancies in the items we dispatch to you and all the items are properly packaged so as to avoid any damage in transit. If an order is placed before 2 p.m. we will dispatch the items on the same day. All the orders placed after 2 p.m. may be dispatched on the same day or definitely the next working day until and unless there is some discrepancy with your order, in which case we will try to contact you first before dispatching your order. Please be advised that with respect to delivery, time is not of the essence.
A signature is required on receipt. In case you are not present to accept your delivery, you will be left a calling card advising you on how you can pick up your order.
IF A CUSTOMER REFUSES TO ACCEPT THE PARCEL OR FAILS TO COLLECT IT FROM THE POST OFFICE or THE PARCEL IS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO ANY OTHER REASON THEN THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYING £10.00 RTS FEE, if a customer refuses to pay then we will deduct the amount from the customer's order.
United Kingdom Delivery (2 – 5 working days)
Postage and Packaging charge for all Mainland UK deliveries is a standard £3.95. The charge is irrespective of the number of items ordered. We send the goods through Parcel Force with a 48 hours delivery service. After we dispatch the goods, the Parcel Force generally takes 2 working days to deliver the goods. Deliveries are made by the courier service between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. In case the delivery is delayed due to some unforeseen reasons, we would be glad to help you with sorting it out with our Courier Company. However, once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the Courier Company to deliver it to the customers.

Next Working Day Delivery* : £ 8.00 (does not include bank holiday and national holiday)
Saturday Special Delivery : £ 20.00
* ‘Next Working Day’ delivery takes place from Monday to Friday and is applicable only for orders placed between Monday to Thursday, before 2pm. In order to get Saturday Special Delivery, your order must be placed by Friday 3.30pm at the latest. All bank hoiday or national holiday the postal service are closed.

IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE WITH YOUR PARCEL'S DELIVERY OR YOUR ITEMS PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, WE WONT BE ABLE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT FOR A PARCEL OR ANY DELIVERY ISSUE AFTER 14 DAYS.

Rest Of The World Delivery (5-6 working days)
For countries outside Europe, the standard delivery charge is £25.00. However, the delivery charge may vary according to the weight and dimensions of the parcel. The exact amount of the delivery charge can only be gauged once the items are packed and you will be notified of the same with an email. Generally it takes around 5-6 working days for the items to be delivered. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up. **General Information for all deliveries outside of the United Kingdom.
Any customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and do not provide any assistance in the process. Also, customs policies differ from country to country so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order with Rupali.
